The video on this product page shows our current batch of Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ available for purchase. You can see the actual batch from which your plant will be selected, including its current size, fullness, and variegation.

Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ (Epipremnum aureum ‘Monet Sol’) is a variegated tropical houseplant featuring heart-shaped foliage in beautiful shades of green, creamy yellow, and chartreuse. Its unique, painterly variegation differs naturally from leaf to leaf, giving every plant its own appearance.

With its adaptable nature and vining growth, Monet Sol makes a beautiful trailing houseplant for shelves and hanging planters and can also be trained to climb a support as it matures.

What You’ll Receive

• One healthy Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ in a 4-inch nursery pot

• Fully rooted and shipped in soil

• Carefully selected for health, fullness, and proper moisture before shipping

• Selected from the current batch shown in the product video

Because every plant is a living organism, natural variations in size, fullness, leaf shape, coloration, and variegation are expected.

Why We Ship Rooted in Soil

We ship our plants rooted in their nursery pots rather than bare root whenever possible.

Keeping established roots in soil helps protect the root system during transit, reduce transplant shock, and minimize additional stress while your plant acclimates to its new environment.

Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ Care

Light

Bright indirect light is ideal for healthy growth and attractive variegation.

Monet Sol can tolerate medium indirect light, although growth and coloration may become less pronounced. Avoid prolonged harsh afternoon sunlight.

Water

Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to begin drying before watering thoroughly.

Avoid keeping the soil constantly saturated or allowing the pot to sit in standing water.

Soil

Use an airy, well-draining houseplant potting mix. Materials such as perlite and orchid bark can improve drainage and root aeration.

Humidity

Average household humidity is generally suitable, although moderate humidity can support healthy tropical growth.

Temperature

Warm indoor temperatures around 65–85°F are ideal. Protect from cold temperatures and frost.

Pet Safety

Not pet safe.

Pothos contains insoluble calcium oxalate crystals and should be kept out of reach of cats, dogs, and small children.

Trailing or Climbing Growth

Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ naturally develops longer vines as it grows.

Allow the vines to cascade from a shelf or hanging planter for a beautiful trailing display, or provide a trellis, moss pole, or other support and allow the plant to climb.

Carefully Packaged for Shipping

Every plant is carefully secured before shipping to help minimize movement and protect its foliage during transit.

Depending on the plant and its size, we may use protective paper, support materials, or corrugated inserts for additional stability and protection.

Cold Weather Shipping

For plants traveling through freezing temperatures, we highly recommend adding a 96-hour heat pack.

Plants shipped through freezing conditions without appropriate cold-weather protection may experience cold damage.

Please Note

• Every Pothos ‘Monet Sol’ is naturally unique.

• Size, fullness, coloration, and variegation will vary.

• Individual leaves may display different amounts and patterns of variegation.

• Product photos and video show the current batch from which plants are selected.

• Your plant is shipped fully rooted in soil.
