Once you place your order Emerald Houseplants LLC has up to 4 business days to ship your plant(s). Please note, holidays do not count as a business day. 

Emerald Houseplants LLC is not responsible for delays or missing/lost packages. Once we drop off packages to USPS we no longer have control of your package and therefore we are unable to help you with any issues that you may have with USPS. Please contact USPS if you have any issues. 

Priority Mail^® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days and it includes up to $50-$100 of insurance. If your package was delayed for longer than 3 business days and you received a damaged plant(s), or your plant(s) arrived damaged due to USPS neglect. Please file a claim with USPS within 15 days of receiving your package. You will need proof of purchase. To fie a claim:
